Mayor's Service Corp

The Mayor's Service Corps (MSC) of City of Dearborn sought to enhance its snow removal service for seniors and citizens with disabilities by connecting them with local high school volunteers. The existing process was manual and inefficient, leading to insufficient volunteer engagement.

To address this, our team designed and implemented an automated matching system using Monday.com. This solution streamlined the recruitment and matching process, reducing staff workload and eliminating the need for a costly new platform, saving over $500,000 in development expenses.

Launched in January 2024, the system decreased manual work by 80% and attracted over 100 active users within the first month, significantly improving service efficiency and volunteer participation.
